FAQ & Shipping

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent for processing within 24-48 hours where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

  • Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

US Shipping Time Estimates

  • Jewelry, Tees and Home Decor: 2-3 weeks after shipping
  • Clothing: 2-3 weeks after shipping

International Shipping Time Estimates

  • Jewelry, Tees and Home Decor: 2-4 weeks after shipping
  • Other Products: 2-4 Weeks after shipping

If your items have not arrived within 35 days of the date of original purchase, contact support@joocla.com we will help you to find out what the status of your order is.

 

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE… WHERE’S MY ORDER?

  • We have inventory in several locations often times products will ship from different warehouses, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way 

 

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Cancellations are only approved within  24 hours after placing your order
  • If your item has already been sent to the shipping department we cannot cancel the order, you can return the item unused, (you are responsible for shipping the item to us) upon receipt of the item we will issue a refund of the purchase price)

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to.

 

HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

  • Some items we can’t provide tracking number but we guarantee your will receive your item (as long as the address in your check out is correct)
  • Tracking numbers will be made available upon request once we process your order.
  • If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us through our Contact Us button or email us to support@joocla.com and we will provide your tracking details.
  • We respond to emails within a 24 hour period Monday-Fridays
