Don't Allow Tired Legs to Take Control of Your Life
  • Open toe design: Provides relief for sensitive bunions or hammertoes.

  • Anti-microbial technology is used in our intelligent fabric blend to manage temperature and prevent odour-causing germs.

  • 360-degree stretch for greater flexibility and durability.

  • It covers the Whole Leg: They make it possible for the entire leg to benefit from compression therapy.

  • Anti-slip silicone dots: These thigh-high socks feature anti-slip silicone dots, allowing the socks to stay in place without needing any aid or adhesive.

  • Improves Circulation for Entire Leg: You can improve circulation in your entire leg, not just for calves and feet.

  • Aids in treating thigh veins: Wearing thigh-high stockings can provide compression therapy for spider or varicose veins in your thighs, particularly around the back of your leg or knee.

  • Promotes the Healing of Knee Swelling: Because thigh-high compression stockings almost completely encircle the leg, including the thigh and above the knee, they can aid in reducing edema in places where a standard sock can't.

  • Offers Superior Comfort: Incredibly soft and breathable with good compression level (20-30mmHg). Thigh-high compression stockings provide better comfort than waist-high compression stockings, and there is no need for you to remove these stockings before using the restroom.

  • Form-fitting compression material wraps around your legs to enhance circulation and relieve weary, aching legs with graduated compression therapy.

  • Perfect for: Nurses, travellers, athletes, servers, parents, or anybody who spends most of their time on their feet.

Why Joocla Thigh-High Graduated Compression Socks?

The additional length up the thigh provides maximum circulation enhancement and comfort in every part of your feet, ankles, calves, and thighs. They make it possible for the entire leg to benefit from compression therapy. Benefits arenā€™t localized to the feet or calves but span the entire leg. Form-fitting compression material wraps around your legs to enhance circulation and relieve weary, aching legs with graduated compression therapy. If you spend many hours sitting at work or recovering from surgery or injury, youā€™re an ideal candidate for knee-high compression socks.

These ergonomic open-toe thigh-high design compression socks offer many benefits to any individual and are recommended and useful for pregnant women, police officers, athletes, construction workers, freelancers, travellers and individuals who spend a lot of time on their feet.

Our socks improve circulation, support veins, minimize leg swelling, and prevent orthostatic hypotension, which can induce dizziness or unsteadiness when standing.

Do I have to have a medical condition to receive benefits from compression socks?

Anyone can benefit from wearing our products. Whether you're an athlete who wants to excel in the game, who sit for long period during travel or at work, or someone dealing with pain due to a chronic condition, supporting proper blood flow to your feet is of the utmost importance. Our medical grade graduated compression socks are engineered with the latest compression technology, offering a 360 degree compression from foot to around leg muscle support unseen on lesser quality socks. The results are a boost in circulation, delivering an enhanced oxygen blood flow keeping you going harder, for longer, and recovering faster and alleviate pain due to a number of conditions.

These ergonomic design compression socks offers many benefits to any individual and are recommended and useful for pregnant women, police officers, athletes, construction workers, freelancers, travelers and individuals who spend a lot of time on their feet.

Do you spend all day on your feet that resulted to swollen ankles and fatigue? Or do you suffer from aching and heavy feeling in legs, foot ache, shin splints, varicose veins, or plantar fasciitis? Our best medical grade graduated compression socks with 20-30 compression level, perfect for boosting blood circulation in legs and feet, will help solve your problem.

Do thigh-high graduated compression socks help with varicose veins and restless legs?

The pressure that these graduated compression socks put on your ankles and legs compresses the surface arteries and veins, helping the vein valves to function properly and blood to flow back to your heart without obstructions. Improving circulation are a mainstay of treatment for varicose veins, with compression socks this circulation will be achieved and will help relieve the symptoms of varicose veins.

Sleeping in a horizontal position makes your vein valves function more effectively than when sitting or standing. In a vertical position, gravity kicks in and blood flow is compromised due to the damaged valves. Thatā€™s why your ankles and calves usually feel fine in the morning, and get swollen and heavy as the day progresses.

Putting on compression socks in the morning will keep the valves in the right position to support healthy blood circulation in your legs during the day.

If youā€™ve already developed a vein-related condition, compression stockings can help alleviate symptoms such as:

Swollen ankles

Heavy or aching legs

Fatigue and pain

Restless legs

Night cramps

What compression level is right for me?

Compression socks that boast ā€œgradient compressionā€ qualities apply a controlled amount of pressure at the ankle that gradually decreases up the leg, as opposed to a steady level of compression throughout. Compression strength or tightness is measured in mmHg (millimeter of mercury) a unit of pressure. Higher mmHg values signifies greater amount of pressure and feel tighter.

8-15 mmHg Mild pressure, used for proactive leg health ā€” Compression strength for preventative care.

15-20 mmHg Moderate pressure, common starting point for first time wear ā€” Compression strength for minor conditions.

20-30 mmHg Firm pressure, typically used when recommended by a certified fitter or healthcare provider ā€” Compression strength for pronounced medical symptoms.

30-40 mmHg Extra-Firm pressure, used only when prescribed by a doctor ā€” Compression strength for severe medical conditions.

Higher compression levels will impact fit and may create a false impression that size is too small. Always confirm your correct compression level prior to fitting.

Higher levels of compression are harder to apply and remove. Users with limited strength should choose a lower level of compression.

When should I wear graduated compression socks? Can I wear them to bed?

You should wear compression socks during the day. It would be best if you took them off before going to bed. The first thing in the morning is to put them on after taking a shower. When you repeat the process continuously, you will start noticing some positive changes on your feet. It would help if you consider making them a part of your healthcare routine.

You should have at least two pairs of low cut compression socks. Itā€™s a strategy where you can wear one pair of socks while the other is being washed and dried.

Wearing compression socks to bed is entirely up to you based on your comfort level. It is safe to sleep in the socks, but if you find it uncomfortable or experience any kind of pain, you should cease sleeping in compression socks immediately.

I already have a pair of socks that are tight, doesnā€™t that provide the same benefits as compression socks?

Just because a sock is tight does not mean itā€™s a compression sock that offers the same health benefits. In fact, some tight socks can actually inhibit the flow of blood. Our compression socks are designed with gradient compression for compression therapy that will enhance circulation and provide comfort in every part of your leg, feet, ankles, and calves. Will also help combat the ache of plantar fasciitis, arch and heel pain. We developed our socks with the assistance of vascular surgeons and vein clinics, and also test our product to ensure it offers an accurate compression level.

How to wash compression socks?

1. Soak your compression socks in a small tub, sink or basin filled with cool water then remove. Add a mild detergent or soap to the water and mix the water with your hand to circulate the soap. Place the socks back in the soapy water and let them soak for 5 to 10 minutes.

2. After soaking, gently rub the stockings to remove any dirt and oil. Squeeze them out and rinse to remove any soap. Be sure to squeeze them gently and do not pull the stockings as pulling can result in an imperfect fit when trying to wear them again.

3. Once rinsed lay the stockings out flat dry or hang the stockings out to dry. Do not place the wet socks heat and d o not wring them as it may damage the weave of the compression stocking.

4. For machine wash, place the socks in a linen or mesh laundry bag for extra protection and wash using a gentle cycle.

Additional Tips:

Do not use fabric softener or a detergent with a softener, as this will damage the fiber.

Avoid drying directly in the sun or on a radiator.

Wash your socks after each time you wear the socks. Washing brings back the elasticity to the socks and removes build up of oils and dirt.

Do not wear a pair of compression socks for more than three Months. Many people replace their compression socks after 2 months. Just because the socks may look good does not mean that they still have the proper compression.

I am thrilled with these excellent open-toe compression stockings, which are fantastic! One of my legs has a varicose vein that appears while I'm pregnant. I've been wearing a pair of compression stockings that I purchased from a medical supply company throughout my fourth pregnancy. Still, I thought it would be beneficial to have an extra pair to switch between and wear when I exercise. These Joocla stockings are of the same top quality as a pair of medical-grade socks I already own, and they fit well and are of excellent quality. They also aid my varicose veins a lot. They are long enough, which I also appreciate. From my ankle up my thigh, my vein runs. I bought a size medium that fits me perfectly (I'm 5.5" and weigh 124 pounds, for comparison). The stocking provides excellent compression and stops towards the top of my thigh. I can wear these all day since they are so comfy.

Regarding the silicone at the top, I've seen some reviews where individuals have expressed concern that it leaves marks. Although some people may be sensitive to silicone or experience an allergic response, which might irritate the skin, for those who are not affected, you will still see "bumps" or indentations from where the silicone dots "hug" the leg. That is typical. When I remove the stocking before going to sleep, the markings are usually gone by morning. Additionally, silicone is essential; without it, the sock would be unable to maintain its position. That's how my medical-grade stockings are as well. Overall, I'm pleased with these Joocla Thigh-High Compression stockings.

I've bought two pairs now. Thigh-high compression socks are suitable for my lymphedema. I showed these to my lymphedema therapist. She could get these up my legs, but I sure wasn't. I'm still trying. These stockings offer significant compression ā€“ the same as my medical grade. It was the first I tried that stayed up at my knee. It doesn't fall upon exercise. For reference, I wear xl pants and have lymphedema in my left leg.

Better than anything I have found. Due to my neuropathy and nerve damage, travelling is difficult for me because of the excruciating swelling in my lower extremities. These helped a lot. These stockings provide excellent compression, which ends towards the top of my thigh. These are so comfortable that I can wear them all day.

I didn't expect anything, with elastic constantly sliding down on me. The silicone dot, on the other hand, provides the remedy; they do not slide down. Due to my habit of running in hot, I prefer the open-toe. Additionally, based on the size chart, only these Joocla socks seemed to fit me well. My thighs are a bit bigger than average, and my ankles are tiny. I was concerned that the ankle region would be loose since I had to order a larger size to account for my wider thighs. But these give me a perfect fit and comfort. They are comfortable for me to wear all day, as advised by a doctor following surgery.

Comfortable, easy to put on, significant compression but not too much. These are the best out of the hundreds I have tried. They don't cut into my skin either or make my legs itch. 10/10 recommend!
